Building Retexture for City Car Driving Simulator.

Second edition, revised and supplemented done. Replaces some textures of objects in the game.
Included is the original texture, if someone does not like.
Installation: The contents of the NEW folder are copied and replaced into the City Car Driving folder. To restore there, use the ORIGINAL folder.
